Iceland Recruit
Alan Matthews started in recruitment in 2005, moving construction workers to Iceland and Scandinavia. We now operate as consultants and recruiters for management and C-suite positions, providing companies with the right management, which we are fully committed to.
He lives in Reykjavík with his family and believes that, with his knowledge of Iceland’s business community, we have what is required for companies here in Iceland as well as for companies wanting to operate here.
We don’t work alone; upon request, we can find candidates globally through our NPA Worldwide recruiting foundation, which has over 550 offices around the world.
